I am fortunate to have found my life’s work and my passion in chiropractic. My gentle, hands-on approach is effective and individualized to each patient.
I believe in empowering each patient to take their health care into their own hands and am here to guide you through your own path to wellness. Nutrition, herbs and the power of food to heal the body is of particular interest to me. I will often recommend home stretches or yoga therapy to get deeper into those tight spaces to help achieve balance and freedom in the body.
I also practice acupuncture and have studied Traditional Chinese Medicine and Zang Fu diagnosis. Acupuncture is helpful in bringing the qi or life force back into balance. This ancient form of medicine continues to be used widely today around the globe and is particularly helpful for stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression, digestive disorders, menstrual disorders, and joint pain.
